Our Services
MMDesigns is a full-service firm, offering a variety of design and project management options for residential, marine and commercial clients.
Design Concept
This is the first step in the design process. A meeting is coordinated with our client to develop an overall concept for their project: specifications are defined, budgets discussed, timelines set and a master plan laid out.
Selection
In this phase and in collaboration with our client, we identify and select fabrics, wallcoverings, flooring, window treatments, furnishings, lighting, hardware, cabinetry, finishes, bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances.
Coordination
MMDesigns coordinates and manages each stage of your project, including the engagement of architects, general contractors and sub-contractors as needed. Once the appropriate team is selected, the project proceeds according to the timeline established in the concept phase.
